Intelligent Fitness Design
the Boot camp for Body & Brain is hammer-down, loaded up, trucking, and bound for any and everywhere our clientele takes us. Our first mobile one design will empower this fledgling fitness company to level up in the coming 2021 year. It will enable us to travel more extensively in order to affect and reach our clientele on a wider range. IFD is officially widening it’s travel radius to extend throughout all of the lower Peninsula of Michigan as well as the northern portion of Ohio. This will be a mobile gym able to travel to the client wherever they are located.
It is our mission as a fitness company, most importantly, to provide our clientele with impeccable, intelligent, and challenging training for their physical and cognitive health and fitness, which will subsequently empower our clients to become more resilient against
bodily and mental decline. We will provide a clean, sanitized, and safe environment for physical and cognitive exercise. This is why we have instituted Policy and practice that makes us COVID compliant. All fitness equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after each use. In addition, I myself the CPT wear a face mask during your training sessions.

In conclusion IFD will empower you to get up off the couch and get fit. No excuses when we bring the clean equipment to you. In this pandemic day it is very important to take care of yourself physically and mentally. According to a study it will also decrease your chances of contracting covid.
